Return Policy

Please send an email to estore@habitatsouthernab.ca if you'd like to initiate a return.

Items purchased through the Habitat eStore can be returned to the eStore for exchange or store credit only, within 5 days of the pick-up date with the original receipt. All items must be in the same condition as when purchased. Store credit is processed through a gift card, useable at checkout online only. eStore gift cards are not accepted at our in person Habitat Restores.

If you'd like to cancel your order, refunds may be processed with a 10% restocking fee if the item has not yet left the facility. This is at the discretion of the Habitat eStore Supervisor.

Unless otherwise marked, appliances are final sale and come with a 90-day warranty. Any appliance that is found to be faulty within the 90-day warranty period must be returned to the following location: Habitat ReStore Sunridge Way.

If the appliance cannot be repaired and the fault is within the warranty, it can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value or store credit.

*Please note, all mattresses and appliances are final sale, unless otherwise specified.*

Pick Up Policy

Items will be ready for pick-up within 7 days of purchase. For items larger than 4ft x 4ft x 4ft with a pick-up in Medicine Hat, please allow 2-4 weeks for pick-up due to logistics of shipping from Calgary. 

We will hold your purchased merchandise for a maximum of 48 hours after the 'Ready for Pick-up' email has been sent. Proof of purchase is required prior to the release of the item(s).

Items not picked up within 48 hours will be considered donated to the Habitat ReStore, and may be resold or used by the Habitat ReStore for any purpose. No refund will be provided.

Loading Guidelines

Our staff are not able to assist with loading items into vehicles. Customers need to come prepared to load their own purchases. 

Please bring any items required to tie down or secure your purchase. All loading, securing, and transportation of merchandise is at the customer’s own risk.

Pricing Policy

We believe our prices to be fair and reasonable, we do not bargain. All prices are subject to change without notice and price adjustments will not be offered.

Item Descriptions

The digital images and product dimensions on our website are as accurate as possible. Due to differences in computer monitors, some colours may vary slightly. Lengths and widths may vary from the published dimensions. We do our best to provide you with an exact measurement, but please be advised that some variation exists.

Some product details have been supplied by the manufacturer, and are hosted by a third party.

Listings that describe the condition as 'open box' are not manufacturer sealed and we are not always able to confirm the parts list or condition of each piece.

All items are purchased 'as is' and the above return policy applies.
