- We believe our prices to be fair and reasonable, and we do not bargain. All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Items purchased at the ReStore can be exchanged in store within 3 days of the purchase date with the original receipt.
- Unless otherwise marked, appliances come with a 30-day warranty. Any appliance that is found to be faulty within the 30-day warranty period may be returned to the store for repair.
- If the appliance cannot be repaired, it can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
- We will hold your purchased merchandise for a maximum of 48 hours so that you may arrange for appropriate transportation. Proof of purchase is required prior to the release of the item(s).
- Items not picked up within 48 hours will be considered donated to the ReStore, and may be resold or used by the ReStore for any purpose.
- Due to safety concerns around COVID-19, our staff are not able to assist with loading items into vehicles. Customers need to come prepared to load their own purchases.
- Please bring any items required to tie down or secure your purchase. All loading, securing, and transportation of merchandise is at the customer’s own risk.
- The digital images and product dimensions on our website are as accurate as possible. Due to differences in computer monitors, some colours may vary slightly. Lengths and widths may vary from the published dimensions. We do our best to provide you with an exact measurement, but please be advised that some variation exists.
